Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex, end-to-end projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently with a strong bias for action.
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture deep, trusted relationships with existing partners as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute structured business plans and quarterly OKRs aligned with partner goals.
- Analyze partner performance data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for KPI improvement.
- Lead negotiations to secure new high-value growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Perform detailed analysis and provide actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Triage and resolve operational or execution challenges across partners and internal teams.
