- Current P&C insurance license
- Ability to work PST hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
- Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier workflows
- Proven ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and service-oriented skills
Responsibilities
- Manage renewals for an established commercial book of business
- Provide ongoing client care, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support
- Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
- Identify coverage gaps and support long-term risk management conversations
- Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to our clients
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a client-focused experience
