Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharma/healthcare.
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or commercialization initiatives.
- Experience supporting global commercial organizations, including launch readiness or lifecycle management.
- Experience working across global and regional operating models.
- Strong project management skills: planning, dependency management, risk management, stakeholder leadership, and executive communication.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment.
- Experience partnering with senior commercial, medical affairs, and market access leaders.
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management support for Global Commercialization Teams and Global Commercial Teams within an assigned Disease Area.
- Drive execution of global commercial and commercialization initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions are managed.
- Coordinate and integrate inputs across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
- Facilitate planning, governance, and decision-making processes to ensure follow-through on actions.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, timelines, and reporting tools.
- Support launch readiness and other key commercialization initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of Commercial Project Management capabilities, including tools, templates, and best practices.
