Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or commercialization initiatives.
- Proven experience supporting global commercial organizations, launch readiness, or lifecycle management.
- Experience working across global and regional operating models.
- Strong project management skills including risk management, governance, and dependency tracking.
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority and build alignment.
- Experience partnering with senior commercial, medical affairs, and market access leaders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Oncology or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Early people leadership experience or readiness to manage teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management support for Global Commercialization and Commercial Teams, driving alignment and execution across strategic priorities.
- Manage execution of initiatives by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, and Finance to develop integrated plans.
- Facilitate governance and decision-making processes to ensure clear ownership and follow-through.
- Identify execution risks and challenges, developing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, timelines, and reporting tools to provide progress visibility.
- Support launch readiness activities and lifecycle management for assigned disease areas.
- Partner with project management colleagues to align development and commercial plans.
- Contribute to the improvement of Commercial Project Management capabilities, including standardized tools and best practices.
- Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders to drive alignment through influence.
