Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with project management or workflow management tools.
- Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.
- Advertising agency experience (nice to have).
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients (nice to have).
- Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes (nice to have).
- Experience working within cross-functional client service environments (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through execution while partnering with account, creative, editorial, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables.
- Facilitate internal meetings and manage project status communications.
- Oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to keep projects on track.
