Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in construction, capital projects, project controls, or program management.
- 10+ years of experience in the data center industry with strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital project delivery.
- Practical experience in cost management, scheduling, risk management, change management, governance, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and stakeholders in complex capital delivery environments.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, governance materials, and program performance reporting.
- Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues and drive resolution independently.
- Experience in project and program delivery within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as an Owner's Representative, overseeing capital projects from planning and initiation through execution, closeout, and handover.
- Lead project planning and delivery activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate the overall project controls program across risk, schedule, cost, change management, governance, and reporting functions.
- Drive program plans, priorities, deliverables, and action closure to support successful project outcomes.
- Prepare governance materials, executive-level reporting, and performance updates for client and leadership review.
- Advise clients on resource planning and allocation strategies, including staffing and Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) management.
