Requirements

  • Experience establishing Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) supply chain risk programs.
  • Experience establishing General Contractor (GC) risk programs for data center construction.
  • Ability to refine risk taxonomies and frameworks based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Proficiency in documenting and managing risks within e-Builder.
  • Knowledge of designing and recommending controls to prevent or reduce project risks.
  • Ability to conduct risk identification workshops and calibrate risks for O&M and construction projects.
  • Experience supporting risk mitigation strategies for machine learning (ML) ramp operational tasks.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, RMP, PRMP, DRMP, MRICS, or FRICS is a plus.
  • Application knowledge of Safran, @risk, PRA, Deltek, or Omega is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, capture, and maintain project risks, issues, and opportunities in the risk register.
  • Facilitate risk workshops with project teams, contractors, and SMEs to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
  • Perform qualitative assessments and contribute data for quantitative cost/schedule risk analysis.
  • Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates to ensure accountability and closure.
  • Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to inform project controls and leadership reviews.
  • Monitor emerging risks, early warning indicators, and changes in project scope or conditions.
  • Coordinate with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, and construction delivery teams to embed risk into decision-making.
