Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project administration, project management, or a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
- Experience with Sage Intacct software is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional project management certification is preferred.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, objectives, and project documentation while ensuring technical feasibility.
- Oversee Sage Intacct implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project scope, critical path, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings and stakeholder communication.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and track project metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Resolve client support issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve client operational efficiency.
