Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or Operations preferred).
8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects, create structure in ambiguity, and drive work forward with limited direction.
Experience applying project governance, delivery lifecycle discipline, milestone reviews, and change control.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder influence, conflict-resolution, and executive communication skills.
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
High ownership mindset to diagnose situations and define paths forward.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Familiarity with business transformation, ERP or enterprise systems, process optimization, or change management.

Lead project setup, planning, and execution, including charters, roadmaps, integrated schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage day-to-day delivery by driving task ownership, timeline management, decision tracking, and issue resolution.
Bring structure to ambiguous work by sequencing activities and managing scope, budget, and quality impacts.
Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, change management, and executive stakeholder groups.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committee discussions, and milestone reviews.
Deliver executive-ready communications detailing project health, progress, risks, and business value.
Apply project management standards and governance, identifying gaps to improve delivery practices.
