Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing technical client-facing projects within the CPG industry.
- Experience delivering technology solutions within CPG, ideally within trade promotion management (TPM).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, project scope, resources, schedules, and communications.
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and charters, developing comprehensive project plans in MS Project and Excel.
- Monitor progress against plans, adjust resources, and manage project closure activities including documentation and lessons learned.
- Allocate tasks, provide guidance to team members, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project teams and clients, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage project-related Teams sites, PMO meetings, and maintain project documentation.
