Job Details

10+ years of Project/Program Management experience within a consulting environment.
Experience delivering transformation projects.
Experience leading large enterprise client projects with $500,000 - $10,000,000 in consulting services.
Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
Experience leading programs with multiple workstreams and team sizes ranging from 3 to 50 people.
Experience designing, planning, and implementing end-to-end architecture using cloud telephony platforms.
Deep knowledge of NICE CXone preferred.
Proficiency with technologies such as Genesys Pure Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, and Avaya.
PMP or other Project Management Certification strongly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program / project clients.
Maintain frequent and direct contact with senior level managers, directors and executives to provide technical expertise and project status.
Lead overall implementation of large enterprise projects and small programs, with team sizes varying from 3 to 50 people.
Set up and drive program management functions including a communication plan, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation processes, and functional documentation.
Deliver weekly status reports and financial reporting dashboards to client stakeholders.
Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints while implementing workarounds.
Review project invoices and manage resource plans and schedules.
Work with project staff to develop work plans and assign responsibilities.
Coach members of the project teams to optimize efficiency.
Assist in the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
