Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or client/vendor management.
- Experience in SaaS implementations, preferably in healthcare or protected data environments.
- Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects with parallel workstreams and structured governance.
- Strong client-facing communication skills for managing expectations and facilitating decisions.
- Working knowledge of integrated systems, SaaS/PaaS environments, APIs, and data integrations.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices, technical documentation, and user acceptance testing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to operate with strong ownership, organization, and adherence to established standards.
- Commitment to completing the first week of onboarding onsite at a Tennessee office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project plans defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Manage project scope, track risks, and execute change control processes.
- Facilitate project governance, including status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and decision forums.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Oversee launch readiness activities, including testing support and operational handoff.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO delivery standards.
