Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or client-facing delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects with parallel, interdependent workstreams.
- Experience applying project controls such as scope management, change control, and risk/issue management.
- Strong client-facing communication skills for managing expectations and facilitating stakeholder decisions.
- Working knowledge of integrated systems, SaaS/PaaS environments, APIs, and data integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices, technical documentation, and user acceptance testing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with ownership, organization, and adherence to established standards.
- Must be able to spend the first week onsite at a Tennessee office for onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project plans defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Manage project scope in alignment with requirements and route changes through control processes.
- Facilitate project governance, including status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and decision forums.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and decision logs.
- Coordinate launch readiness activities, including testing support, issue triage, and client approvals.
- Support transition from implementation to operations through handoff materials and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Data, and Account Management to resolve blockers.
