Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management, engineering, or related professional experience, with relevant internship or co-op experience also considered.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Academic or professional exposure to solar, battery energy storage systems, power systems, or the broader energy sector is preferred.
  • Internship or project experience in construction, engineering, or energy environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles is preferred.
  • PMP certification or active pursuit of PMP credentials is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects ranging from approximately $10 million to $200 million in value.
  • Assist with customer relationship management by communicating effectively, proactively addressing issues, and supporting strong customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to contract management activities, including project reporting, receivables tracking, change order monitoring, and claim resolution.
  • Track and report key project metrics covering safety, quality, schedule, cost, and cash flow under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and field services teams to support product delivery and project commissioning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including records, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Participate in customer and internal meetings while developing strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across project activities.
