Job Details

Experience in project management or SaaS implementation (plus, not required).
Familiarity with surgical scheduling and surgical practice workflows (strongly preferred).
Experience working closely with clients.
Willingness to perform hands-on tasks, including end-user training, product configuration, and troubleshooting.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
Ability to work independently across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational capability.
Ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts.
Passion for providing high-quality service to customers.
Occasional travel required.

Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and define clear project objectives and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that project milestones are met on schedule.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Provide direct training and support to customers throughout the implementation process.
Coordinate technical resources to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
Collaborate with R&D, Customer Support, and Implementations teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance interoperability.
Configure product builds and help customers refine internal controls, settings, and quality checks.
Lead live customer training sessions, in person or virtually.
