Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
3+ years of project management experience.
2+ years of experience in consulting services or similar IT project management environments.
Strong project management skills including scope, scheduling, resources, budgets, timelines, and financial management.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or OpenAir.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for project reporting.
Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing.
Experience working with information security teams and knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 15%.

Manage Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle from sales handoff to project closeout.
Serve as a client-side billable resource for project management service delivery.
Maintain and foster internal and external customer relationships while meeting statement of work objectives.
Plan and manage resources to ensure all projects meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
Maintain the OpenAir PSA application for project data, revenue recognition, and customer invoicing.
Develop project management methodology and process documentation.
Manage project issues and risks to successful resolution.
