Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams toward shared objectives and successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues.
- Experience overseeing project budgets, resources, and delivery constraints.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Trello, or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- PMP or an equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Experience managing IT or other technology-focused projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with data management initiatives and system migration projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage initiatives from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and completion while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Guide teams across multiple functions, establish clear responsibilities, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum toward delivery goals.
- Develop project plans, track milestones and dependencies, balance competing priorities, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial considerations to support efficient and responsible delivery.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, project sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum practices such as planning, prioritization, progress tracking, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Provide accurate status reporting and ensure stakeholders have timely insight into risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Leverage platforms such as Jira, Trello, or comparable tools to organize work and maintain project transparency.
