Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or workflow management tools.
- Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.
- Advertising agency experience (preferred).
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients (preferred).
- Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes (preferred).
- Experience working within cross-functional client service environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initial planning through execution and final delivery.
- Partner closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows.
- Facilitate internal meetings and manage project status communications.
- Oversee workflow processes and monitor project progress to identify and resolve potential risks.
- Balance project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
