Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of enterprise project management experience in B2B SaaS
- Extensive knowledge of project management standards, software, processes, and methodologies
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Rocketlane, Certinia, Wrike, Netsuite, Smartsheets)
- Experience collaborating with top-tier Global System Integrators like Deloitte, PwC, EY, or Accenture
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams of solution architects, consultants, and developers
- Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team
- Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Travel requirement 10-20%
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through to execution and go live
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, professional services, support, and customer success
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified quality standards
- Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and delivery
