Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire protection industry, with emphasis on sprinkler systems.
- Proven project management experience, ideally in a service-focused environment.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems (preferred).
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) are highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site surveys, and project oversight.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, including new installations and retrofits to existing buildings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and track progress.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and company safety standards.
- Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and field service dispatch.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support sales by identifying opportunities and providing recommendations.
- Ensure timely billing and assist with resolving invoicing discrepancies.
- Conduct site surveys and provide training on new systems.
