- Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and seamless renewals
- Partner with Producers to prepare proposals, coordinate underwriting, and support new business and renewal strategy
- Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps, cross sell opportunities, and risk management solutions
- Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals with precision and timeliness
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while documenting all activity accurately
