- Previous client service, account management, or insurance experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support.
- Collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to serving others.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support.
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests.
- Support renewal planning and remarketing efforts when appropriate.
- Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims coordination.
- Work closely with Commercial Risk Advisors and carrier partners to provide insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen client protection and support account growth.
