- Have prior industry exposure.
- Hold an active Property & Casualty License.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Show integrity, professionalism, reliability, and self-motivation.
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate organizational and time management abilities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Use computer systems proficiently and perform accurate data entry.
- AMS 360 or a similar agency management system experience is preferred, but not required.
- Live within reasonable traveling distance to one of the company’s Vermont or New Hampshire locations.
