Requirements
- Experience leading engineering managers and senior engineers across multiple teams.
- Proven background in a product-led SaaS environment.
- Track record of building and launching new products from zero to general availability.
- Strong point of view on product strategy beyond pure engineering.
- Proven ability to develop engineering managers and foster high-performing teams.
- Experience moving fast through iteration within environments with regulatory awareness.
- Healthcare or fintech industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a triad partnership with Product and Design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Communications group's engineering teams to deliver outcomes across SMS, secure messaging, email, and fax.
- Build new products from the ground up, managing zero-to-one work from discovery through to general availability.
- Own reliability and deliverability at scale across an integration architecture involving partners like Twilio, Sendbird, and AWS.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate technical impact and advocate for necessary technical investments.
- Champion practical AI adoption in group development and patient-facing communication features.
