Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
- Prior experience in data or security industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in bridging cross-functional gaps in GTM organizations.
- Deep familiarity with products, pricing structure, and capabilities in the IT and Security data space.
- Proven ability to manage multiple company-wide initiatives in parallel.
- Strong multitasking and program management capabilities.
- Functional empathy and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams.
- Experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups (Series E+) or early public B2B SaaS companies preferred.
- Experience deploying AI or agents to shift processes or workflows preferred.
- MBA or professional business degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commercialization (New Product Introduction) from PRD hand-off through market launch.
- Partner with executive leadership (eStaff) on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
- Scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams.
- Define success metrics and run post-launch retrospectives to refine commercial motion.
- Drive M&A due diligence and orchestrate post-close integration efforts for product and platform consolidation.
