Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex technical environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable product outcomes such as growth or fraud reduction.
- Experience or strong domain exposure to accounts payable, B2B payments, or card issuance.
- Strong technical orientation with the ability to collaborate on architecture and data models.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools, including LLMs and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Experience managing products with broad cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with attention to compliance and quality requirements.
- Ability to independently analyze product performance using SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for decision-oriented documentation.
- Experience with payment rails such as ACH/NACHA or payment processors is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and success metrics for the Vendor Spend product domain.
- Expand and streamline vendor payment capabilities across ACH, checks, card payments, and international payments.
- Lead the development of expense-management capabilities, including virtual AP cards and purchasing workflows.
- Drive accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention across the payment ecosystem.
- Partner with banking infrastructure teams to ensure scalable system evolution.
- Coordinate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial data flow and reconciliation.
- Manage stakeholder requests across product, sales, finance, risk, and legal teams.
- Use AI tools extensively across discovery, documentation, and prototyping.
