Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in consulting or research environments serving pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients.
  • Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, or related scientific field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing written documentation and presenting results using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • PhD in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in R or R Shiny is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted literature reviews to identify and summarize model inputs, methodologies, and evidence.
  • Support senior team members in conceptualizing and designing cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, and treatment sequencing analyses.
  • Program, parameterize, validate, and maintain economic models using Microsoft Excel and VBA.
  • Interpret study findings and translate complex analytical results into clear insights for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to client-ready deliverables, including model protocols, economic models, slide decks, and technical reports.
  • Perform detailed quality checks on work to ensure accurate and high-quality outputs.
  • Support project delivery by monitoring project components and communicating timelines.
