Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own complex analytical workstreams from problem framing through final delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable analytical programming tools.
  • Proven ability to create client-ready visualizations, presentations, narratives, and recommendations.
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, quality assurance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful conclusions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-facing environments.
  • Experience mentoring analysts and contributing to reusable analytical frameworks.
  • Ability to balance analytical rigor, speed, ambiguity, and client context.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple analytical components.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, or Data Science is preferred.
  • Experience with workforce analytics, skills data, HR technology, or labor economics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex analytical workstreams from problem definition and data exploration through analysis, interpretation, recommendations, and final delivery.
  • Transform complex workforce and business datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decisions and organizational transformation.
  • Develop polished narratives, visualizations, presentations, and other client-ready materials that communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Validate data accuracy, analytical methodologies, assumptions, and outputs while ensuring work meets established delivery and quality standards.
  • Review work produced by Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing guidance and feedback to strengthen analytical rigor and consistency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation covering methodologies, data transformations, analytical assumptions, and key decisions.
  • Monitor analytical workflows, identify inefficiencies and risks, and improve processes, methodologies, templates, and reusable analytical assets.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure analytical approaches and outputs remain aligned with project objectives and business needs.
  • Support the development of analysts through knowledge sharing, feedback, coaching, and contributions to analytical best practices.
