Requirements
- Master’s degree in education, public health, sociology, psychology, public policy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection, research analysis, and/or program evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to high-quality, professionally written products.
- Expertise with SAS code.
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership of research tasks.
- Knowledge of prevention research and/or K-20 and/or adult education in the United States preferred.
- Knowledge of experimental, quasi-experimental, and mixed method research designs preferred.
- Experience using other statistical packages such as SPSS, R, or Python preferred.
- Experience creating data visualizations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research and evaluation plans that include various designs and mixed methods.
- Develop and implement analysis plans for qualitative and quantitative data.
- Contribute to technical reports for audiences of researchers and practitioners.
- Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of work products before submission to client.
- Develop SAS code for longitudinal projects, as well as reviewing and refining previously written code.
- Collaborate with research, evaluation, and analytic staff with a variety of backgrounds.
- Play a supporting role in proposal development for new work.
