Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in financial services, consulting, data science, or product analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience using Python or PySpark to build reliable, reusable analytical workflows and automations.
- Ability to turn complex datasets into scalable products and methodologies.
- Capacity to develop strong mental models of unfamiliar businesses and datasets.
- Strong analytical judgment to solve problems in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, methodologies, assumptions, and risks to various audiences.
- Curiosity about industries, competitive dynamics, and company performance drivers.
- Active interest and experience in using AI tools for analytical product development.
Responsibilities
- Own data products end-to-end, driving success by delivering accurate outputs.
- Work with massive amounts of data to answer client questions about company performance and datasets.
- Tackle complex data problems by refining methodologies and testing new datasets.
- Use AI and automation tooling to increase speed and reduce manual work.
- Partner with Research, Engineering, and Product teams to improve workflows and deliver high-quality products.
- Identify opportunities to refine methodologies or explore new datasets to drive client value.
