Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, consulting, data science, or product analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience using Python or PySpark to build reliable, reusable analytical workflows.
- Experience building data products and thinking through packaging, delivery, and customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong mental models for complex, messy, and evolving datasets.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects involving Product and Engineering stakeholders.
- Ability to balance rigor with pragmatism in tradeoff decisions between speed and quality.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical methodologies, assumptions, and tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders.
- Active use of AI tools for analytical product development and workflow improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial data products end-to-end, from methodology development and product QA to feature design and ongoing evolution.
- Investigate complex data quality issues and build scalable monitoring, validation, and QA frameworks.
- Partner with Product Managers, Data Science, and Engineering to identify opportunities for new methodologies, datasets, and AI-powered features.
- Analyze new internal and third-party datasets to determine improvements to product accuracy, coverage, and customer value.
- Translate customer feedback, trial results, and support escalations into durable product improvements.
- Leverage AI agents and automation to improve documentation, methodology development, and analytical experiences.
- Look beyond maintenance to identify opportunities for creating new analytical capabilities and improving client workflows.
