Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics (e.g., financial services, consulting, data science, product analytics, or technology).
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience using Python or PySpark to build reliable, reusable analytical workflows.
- Ability to turn complex datasets into scalable products and methodologies.
- Strong mental modeling capability to understand unfamiliar businesses, industries, and datasets.
- Thrives in ambiguous environments with a proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Curiosity about competitive dynamics and factors driving company performance.
- Active use of AI tools for building analytical products.
Responsibilities
- Own data products end-to-end with a focus on accuracy, client value, and efficiency.
- Develop deep expertise in proprietary datasets, methodologies, and techniques to ensure data reliability.
- Solve complex data challenges using analytical judgment, even with incomplete or ambiguous information.
- Leverage AI and automation to build repeatable processes, reduce manual work, and validate outputs.
- Partner with Research, Engineering, and Product teams to improve workflows and deliver high-quality products.
- Identify opportunities for methodology refinement, dataset exploration, and process improvement.
