Requirements
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related science.
- 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in HEOR consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Experience performing targeted literature reviews.
- Ability to interpret study results and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge within a team environment.
- PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proficiency in R/R Shiny is advantageous.
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with health economists and statisticians on methodologically innovative projects.
- Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions.
- Perform targeted literature reviews to identify model inputs and methodologies.
- Program, parameterize, and validate economic models using Microsoft Excel.
- Create client-ready deliverables including protocols, reports, and slide decks.
- Interpret and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to project management and client meetings under senior guidance.
