Requirements

  • Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related science.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in HEOR consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Experience performing targeted literature reviews.
  • Ability to interpret study results and communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge within a team environment.
  • PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in R/R Shiny is advantageous.
  • Track record of peer-reviewed publications is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with health economists and statisticians on methodologically innovative projects.
  • Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions.
  • Perform targeted literature reviews to identify model inputs and methodologies.
  • Program, parameterize, and validate economic models using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create client-ready deliverables including protocols, reports, and slide decks.
  • Interpret and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project management and client meetings under senior guidance.
