Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in HEOR, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting.
- Master's degree in a relevant subject such as health economics, biostatistics, public health, or related sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Experience performing targeted literature reviews for model inputs and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a diverse team.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- PhD in a related field is helpful but not required.
- Advantageous: Proficiency in R or R Shiny.
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with health economists and statisticians on methodologically innovative projects.
- Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions.
- Conduct early economic, treatment sequencing, and generalized cost-effectiveness analyses.
- Program, parameterize, and validate economic models using Microsoft Excel.
- Draft technical deliverables including model protocols, reports, and slide decks.
- Support client management by preparing meeting materials and summarizing action items.
- Interpret study findings and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
