Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in HEOR, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting.
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject such as health economics, biostatistics, public health, or related sciences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Experience performing targeted literature reviews for model inputs and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • PhD in a related field is helpful but not required.
  • Advantageous: Proficiency in R or R Shiny.
  • Track record of peer-reviewed publications is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with health economists and statisticians on methodologically innovative projects.
  • Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions.
  • Conduct early economic, treatment sequencing, and generalized cost-effectiveness analyses.
  • Program, parameterize, and validate economic models using Microsoft Excel.
  • Draft technical deliverables including model protocols, reports, and slide decks.
  • Support client management by preparing meeting materials and summarizing action items.
  • Interpret study findings and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
