Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, business operations, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, close business, or manage commercial relationships in a technology environment.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to execute practical solutions quickly.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM and process discipline, specifically with Salesforce or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor with significant program ownership.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or cybersecurity enterprise software is advantageous.
  • Experience in channel management, strategic alliances, co-selling, or professional services is a plus.
  • Experience launching new channel programs or MSP offerings is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strategic partner ecosystem spanning consulting firms, resellers, and advisory organizations to generate partner-sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Identify and resolve partner roadblocks by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to facilitate effective co-sell motions.
  • Engage consulting and advisory decision-makers to communicate product value and assess organizational alignment.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure channel-sourced opportunities are transitioned and progressed through the sales cycle.
  • Develop and launch new strategic partner offerings, including the strategy, commercial structure, and pricing for Managed Service Provider models.
  • Maintain operational discipline by documenting alliance activity in Salesforce to ensure visibility into pipeline and revenue attribution.
  • Contribute to international expansion efforts by identifying partner ecosystems in EMEA and supporting new channel relationships.
