Requirements
- 8+ years of channel marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of partner co-marketing programs.
- Proven track record building and executing co-marketing events with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, or distributors.
- Experience managing MDF event budgets including planning, partner alignment, execution, and ROI reporting.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology channel partner ecosystems and partner motivations.
- Proven ability to work effectively with channel sales, demand gen, digital, ABM, and product marketing teams.
- High organizational skills for managing multiple partner relationships, programs, and timelines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and partner attribution is highly preferred.
- Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent B2B security markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with Federal/Public Sector channel marketing and distribution ecosystems like Carahsoft is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for partner programs, industry events, and internal meetings.
Responsibilities
- Own the Americas channel field marketing strategy for your region, building a portfolio to generate net-new partner-sourced pipeline.
- Define and enforce pipeline ROI standards for all channel field investments, ensuring every program has a clear pipeline hypothesis and outcome.
- Design and execute joint field programs with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, and distributors, including roundtables and conferences.
- Manage MDF programs end to end, including planning, partner alignment, execution oversight, budget tracking, and pipeline attribution reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with channel sales, demand gen, digital, ABM, and product marketing to orchestrate event strategy.
- Develop and maintain a channel marketing calendar aligned with partner priorities and regional sales plays.
