- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data sets.
- Ability to partner effectively with Data teams.
- Proficiency in SQL (desirable).
- Deep interest in the intersection of people and technology.
- Genuine interest in using AI and advanced analytics to unlock insights.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across People, tech, and business teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working as a senior independent contributor.
- Ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into outcome-led performance tiers that leaders can apply.
- Analyze data to uncover operational bottlenecks and eliminate structural inefficiencies.
- Build a high-performance culture by providing transparent visibility and practical measurement frameworks.
- Partner with People and communications teams to align operational expectations and ensure framework transparency.
- Collaborate with learning partners to design coaching and training programs that drive performance.
- Map performance data to skill gaps to guide targeted training and long-term workforce planning.
- Partner with Tech and Data teams to build accessible AI tools and predictive analytics for decision-making.
- Serve as the trusted voice on ops performance by balancing global consistency with domain needs.
- Drive strategic influence across Data, People, and Operations by translating complex insights into business outcomes.
