Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and leading People Operations and Technology strategies at scale.
- Deep knowledge of People infrastructure, including payroll cycles and global mobility frameworks.
- Experience managing complex enterprise HRIS ecosystems, ideally with Workday implementations or governance.
- Collaborative, consultative leadership and expert stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in GDPR, data privacy laws, localised payroll regulations, and international employment compliance.
- Proven experience as an inspiring people leader capable of enabling technical experts and SMEs.
- Ability to navigate global, matrixed environments.
Responsibilities
- Create and champion a multi-year strategy and technical roadmap aligning with business goals.
- Drive the AI strategy across the People Team, leading a cross-team People AI project squad.
- Navigate governance and Executive stakeholder management.
- Lead initiatives to mature people analytics capabilities, ensuring high-quality insights.
- Manage strategic relationships and commercial budgets with external tech vendors and operational partners.
- Champion strong governance, control frameworks, and auditable processes to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the review of Monzo’s global payroll infrastructure and operations.
