Job Details

Extensive experience designing and leading People Operations and Technology strategies at scale.
Proven ability to move from high-level organizational design to hands-on execution.
Deep understanding of People infrastructure including payroll cycles, global mobility, and enterprise HRIS ecosystems.
Direct experience or exposure to Workday implementations or governance.
Proven experience navigating global, matrixed environments.
Expert stakeholder management skills, particularly when partnering with C-suite leadership.
In-depth knowledge of GDPR, data privacy laws, localized payroll regulations, and international employment compliance.
Strong leadership experience in managing and supporting technical experts and SMEs.
Experience with systems like Hibob, Greenhouse, Lattice, Peakon, Globalshares, Pave, or Looker is desirable.

Create and champion a multi-year strategy and technical roadmap aligning with business goals.
Set and drive the AI strategy across the People Team, leading a cross-team People AI project squad.
Navigate governance and Executive stakeholder management to enable efficient execution.
Act as a thought leader to drive automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
Mature people analytics capabilities to ensure data-driven, evidence-based people decisions.
Manage strategic relationships and optimize budgets with external tech vendors and operational partners.
Uphold strong governance, control frameworks, and auditable processes across payroll and systems.
Oversee the review and operations of Monzo’s global payroll infrastructure.
