Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in AI/ML, platform infrastructure, or developer tooling environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies and external deadlines.
  • Strong technical fluency to discuss system architecture, APIs, integration design, and platform trade-offs.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates and technical coordination.
  • Strong judgment in prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and blocker resolution.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across EMEA time zones with London hub collaboration.
  • Engineering background or experience transitioning from engineering to TPM is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an effective operating cadence for assigned programs.
  • Ensure key decisions are timely, documented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage workback plans, dependency maps, and project tracking for a portfolio of releases and migrations.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, delivery, and timeline risks proactively.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers directly with leads.
  • Translate technical risks and constraints into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support engineering rhythms including planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the scaling of TPM practices, templates, and operating standards.
