Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, specifically delivering high-impact features in enterprise SaaS or B2B software.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling; experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-facing product.
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs into validated product decisions and represent the customer voice in technical discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience in field enablement, storytelling, and building documentation or demos.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption, funnel, and business impact metrics.
  • Proven ability to navigate technically complex, ambiguous platform problem spaces.
  • Experience in cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, GTM, Customer Success, and Security.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to participate in architecture discussions and work credibly with engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership reviews and customer engagements.
  • Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

  • Own the MCP adoption strategy and shape roadmap priorities based on usage and persona evidence.
  • Own the activation and adoption pathway, running research and data analysis to convert connection into daily value.
  • Champion CLI power users, agent builders, and tool-calling developers by making their needs legible to engineering.
  • Work directly with customers on use cases, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to generate reference stories and adoption plays.
  • Act as the field enablement engine by building demos, playbooks, documentation, and content for internal teams.
  • Collaborate daily with the MCP engineering lead to manage go-live and launch plans.
  • Define success metrics and use data to guide iteration and prioritization.
