Requirements
- Degree in engineering, product, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management.
- At least 3 years of experience on technical, developer-facing, or platform products.
- Hands-on experience with developer tools or platform products.
- Experience owning an entire product area, rather than single features.
- Demonstrated technical fluency (reading API documentation, running discovery interviews with engineers, writing PRDs).
- Track record of setting multi-year vision and delivering measurable results.
- Proven experience delivering company-level bets, such as a new market or pricing tier.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, customer segments, and the B2B landscape.
- Strong commercial acumen for connecting product decisions to revenue and retention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and public-facing environments.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for a key product area.
- Drive product discovery by setting research agendas and identifying market shifts.
- Build business cases for product investments such as new pricing tiers or market entries.
- Set governance standards for product releases across the company.
- Manage communications with executives, key customers, and industry analysts.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to shape platform architecture and API conventions.
- Mentor other product managers to grow their ownership and judgment.
- Represent the product narrative externally through keynotes and industry briefings.
