Requirements
- Degree in engineering, product, or related field.
- 8+ years in product management.
- 3+ years of experience on technical, developer-facing, or platform products.
- Hands-on experience with developer tools or platform products.
- Experience owning an entire product area rather than single features.
- Demonstrated technical fluency (reading APIs, writing PRDs, conducting engineering interviews).
- Track record of setting multi-year visions and carrying them through to measurable results.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, customer segments, and the B2B landscape.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue and retention.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills for keynotes and analyst briefings.
- Ability to create rough prototypes to validate ideas.
- Experience in CMS, content infrastructure, or DXP (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Set the multi-year vision and own the roadmap for a key product area.
- Set the research agenda and conduct product discovery to identify market shifts.
- Improve developer experience by focusing on documentation, error messages, and ecosystem integrations.
- Build business cases for new pricing tiers or market expansions.
- Govern product release standards across the company.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across executives, customers, and industry analysts.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to shape platform architecture and product quality.
- Mentor other product managers to grow their ownership and judgment.
