Requirements
- Proven experience building or operating workflows for life-sciences meetings, including approval, budgeting, ToV, and closure.
- In-depth knowledge of EFPIA and Sunshine disclosure requirements.
- Fluency in HCP data management and identity integration across platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, OneKey, and NPI.
- Strong ability to translate complex operating processes into technical product specifications, rules, and configuration.
- Experience in product sequencing and delivering the smallest viable production slices.
- Bias to execute and ship prototypes quickly to users.
- Excellent precise writing and direct communication skills for building specifications and technical review.
- Technical and AI fluency, including experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle from RFC and spec to release and support.
Responsibilities
- Define detailed roadmap priorities and build-ready specifications from customer workbooks and RFP requirements.
- Ship production-ready code and prototypes through daily collaboration with design and engineering.
- Validate product iterations with customers and design partners.
- Define integration strategies with Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, and consent management tools.
- Own partner integrations related to venue-sourcing and fair-market-value.
- Document product decisions, demos, and ship status to maintain product truth and alignment.
