Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, ideally within AI/ML, platform infrastructure, or developer tooling.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies.
- Strong technical fluency to discuss system architecture, APIs, and platform trade-offs.
- Background in engineering is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to turn ambiguous requirements into clear plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
- Proven judgment in prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to resolving blockers.
- Comfort contributing to the creation of standards and processes in a developing TPM function.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across EMEA time zones.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an effective operating cadence to keep teams aligned.
- Support recurring engineering rhythms including planning, standups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Manage workback plans and dependency maps for releases, integrations, and migrations.
- Provide visibility into project status using tools like Linear.
- Lead complex programs end-to-end through scope, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate first response to incidents and route issues appropriately.
- Translate technical constraints and risks into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of TPM practices, templates, and operating norms.
