Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of direct experience managing Product Managers.
- Proven track record of owning a product area from discovery through launch.
- Experience building enterprise software for sophisticated customers.
- Familiarity with complex data, content, and workflows.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, data models, and product integrations.
- Ability to build prototypes quickly to communicate ideas.
- Strong understanding of product operating rhythms and development processes.
- Experience in crypto markets or institutional finance is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop three Product Managers to foster their professional growth and product leadership.
- Define product strategy by turning customer needs, objectives, and market opportunities into actionable priorities.
- Engage with institutional investors, exchanges, and crypto enterprises to gather customer insights and intuition.
- Strengthen product operations by improving discovery, prioritization, and internal feedback loops.
- Execute the end-to-end product lifecycle, breaking ambitious projects into releases for rapid iteration and learning.
