Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with senior leadership across Paid Media, Organic Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Proven track record of building and executing large-scale acquisition strategies with measurable ROI.
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams spanning Performance, Organic, and Lifecycle channels.
- Strong background in budget ownership, P&L accountability, and revenue forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in working with external partners and publishers.
- 5+ years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and scaling teams.
- Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of customer behavior.
- Experience with media industry or financial services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize a multi-brand marketing strategy spanning owned properties and strategic media publisher partner networks.
- Own multi-channel marketing strategy including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Direct Mail, Display, SEO, Content, and Lifecycle marketing.
- Develop data-driven Lifecycle Marketing programs leveraging segmentation and automation to maximize LTV and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business Development to unlock distribution channels and maximize market reach.
- Maintain P&L accountability, setting and executing goals for revenue, profit, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Build and scale high-performing Paid, Organic, and Lifecycle teams.
- Conduct market sizing and ROI modeling to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track performance and guide investment decisions.
