Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, data analysis, or business operations.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools and roadmapping software, specifically Jira.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum.
- Exceptional organizational and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a wide range of technical comfort levels.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate team discussion around decisions, interrelationships, and risks to keep teams coordinated on delivery timelines.
- Track product usage metrics, analyze feature adoption, and build dashboards to measure product success.
- Maintain a responsive cross-product roadmap while standardizing cross-team communication and critical path planning.
- Aggregate user feedback, support tickets, and marketing requests into an organized insights channel.
- Manage product operations software such as Jira and enforce best practices.
- Coordinate launch readiness by sharing release notes and training materials with marketing and support teams.
