Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience building tools and platforms for technical users.
- Track record of improving developer or engineering productivity with measurable outcomes.
- Experience defining and operationalizing metrics for complex, qualitative, and quantitative outcomes.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture for highly scalable systems.
- Knowledge of AI-powered developer workflows: CI/CD, build systems, testing, and deployment.
- Proven ability to influence roadmaps and drive outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
- Ability to prioritize user requests and platform capabilities while balancing long-term vision and short-term needs.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience as a software engineer or working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with developer productivity research and frameworks (DORA, SPACE, DevEx) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish product vision and strategy for developer productivity.
- Map and improve cross-cutting developer workflows across infrastructure and reliability engineering.
- Define and instrument metrics to measure developer productivity and engineer satisfaction.
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
- Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize developer productivity work.
- Lead cross-functional groups as the system voice to execute and deliver impact.
