Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to translate project needs into operational actions.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project information.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to perform basic research and summarize findings.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a virtual work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services preferred.
- Knowledge of health insurance exchanges preferred.
- Proficiency in Airtable or similar tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review insurance application data to evaluate eligibility for Advance Payment of Premium Tax Credits (APTC) on State-based health insurance exchanges.
- Determine improper payments of APTC, report on findings, resolve discrepancies, and close appeal cases.
- Present findings to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in annual program updates based on health policy analysis.
- Lead execution of tasks to ensure smooth project execution and efficiency.
- Perform oversight and quality review for work products produced by team members.
- Manage information in project management tools like Airtable.
- Act as a central point of contact for team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports.
